Shenzhen Bay Huiyun Center’s Shangri-La Hotel Project

On 12 November 2020, Shenzhen Metro Group, China Vanke and Shangri-La Group reached a management cooperation agreement for a new Shangri-La hotel in Shenzhen Bay Huiyun Center.

Prime Location

Located in the Shenzhen Bay Huiyun Center, the hotel will be conveniently situated within the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base in Nanshan District. The hotel will be at the intersection of three subway lines (Line 2, Line 9 and Line 11). As part of the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), the hotel will be surrounded by communities for work, life, shopping, entertainment, education and cultural activities, all available within a 10-minite walking distance. Conveniently located near the famous tourists’ attractions and leisure centres, the hotel will be just a short, 10-minute drive from Shenzhen Bay Park, Window of the World, and Splendid China. Key art and cultural centres like the He Xiang Ning Art Museum, Hua Art Museum, and Poly Theatre will also be just 15 minutes away.

Comprehensive Hotel Facilities

The main part of the forthcoming Shangri-La Hotel will be found on the upper floors of the Shenzhen Bay Huiyun Center. Guest rooms will be occupying the 68th to 76th floors and delivering magnificent views of the Nanshan Headquarters Base, Overseas Chinese Town Wetland Park and Shenzhen Bay Park, while guest rooms on the south side of the building will enjoy the expansive sea views of Shenzhen Bay with the Hong Kong skyline just across the water. The fitness and spa centre on the 78th floor will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing guests with an ideal choice for wellness, leisure and relaxation. The professional culinary team will bring a diverse menu of unparallel dining experiences in various restaurants, including one on the 79th floor, an all-day-dining restaurant plus a sky bar on the 67th floor, and a Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor. In addition, the rooftop helipad of the hotel will provide seamless access for guests. Furthermore, it will be possible to leverage the helipad’s apron to create a distinctive rooftop experience for private banquets and bespoke business events.
