The Kimpton in Midtown will join its sister properties the Kimpton Overland Atlanta Airport Hotel and Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Buckhead, expanding the brand’s presence as its third boutique hotel in Georgia’s capital. As part of the planned landmark Midtown Union complex, the new 230-room Kimpton Midtown Atlanta will offer a ground-level chef-driven restaurant and bar, a second-story bar and lounge and 5,400 square feet of meetings and events space. Located in the Arts Center of Midtown at 17th Street and West Peachtree Street, the Kimpton in Midtown will bring the neighbourhood’s vibrant arts and culture scene to its innovative exterior and interior design, becoming a beacon for local and out-of-town guests alike.

HOTEL INDIGO BELGRADE – OPENING LATE SEPTEMBER
Like its Old Town surroundings Hotel Indigo Belgrade’s architecture will showcase the mishmash of cultures and styles born from the neighborhood’s fascinating history that stretches back for millennia when it opens later this year. Sitting above luxury retail stores, the 44 boutique bedrooms take their design inspiration from the local neighborhood of Doréol. This neighborhood offers a mix and match of styles, wearing its history firmly on its sleeve. Tour the grand Belgrade Fortress, Church of Saint Sava, Republic Square and in the evening the National Theatre or the exciting nightlife with its booming indie scene.
INTERCONTINENTAL BARCELONA – OPENING OCTOBER
Opening in late summer 2021, InterContinental Barcelona will offer three destination restaurants and bars and a luxury spa. Located on the site of what was the Crowne Plaza Barcelona, the hotel is undergoing a complete transformation to align with the InterContinental brand’s aesthetic of discreet luxury and global sophistication. Designed by the Spanish-based, Brime Robbins consultancy, InterContinental Barcelona will offer 273 elegant and spacious rooms, along with a 180m² Presidential Suite, and 17 junior suites.
HOTEL INDIGO CAGNES-SUR-MER, FRANCE – OPENING LATE SEPTEMBER
The newest Hotel Indigo in France will be located in the beautiful French Riviera town of Cagnes-sur-mer, just 30 minutes along the coast from Nice on the Côte d'Azur. As with all Hotel Indigo hotels, Hotel Indigo Cagnes-Sur-Mer will draw inspiration from the local neighborhood, with modern, dynamic interiors across the hotel’s 87 rooms and 7 Suites. Cagnes-sur-Mer has a great past, from the famous Grimaldi medieval castle located only a few minutes from the hotel, to the old fishing port along the coast. The hotel is located in the heart of an artistic area where, most famously, Renoir spent his last 12 years living just around the corner from the site of the hotel and today you can visit the Renoir Museum to learn more about his fascinating past.
SIX SENSES ROME – OPENING EARLY 2022
Six Senses Rome will open in late 2021, set around the Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini on Piazza di San Marcello, with 95 distinct guest rooms and suites, a spa, restaurant, events terrace, outdoor courtyard garden and rooftop terrace with a 360° view of the city and monuments. Built in the 18th century by Tomaso De Marchis, who adorned it with windows representing the epitome of Baroque motifs for Cardinal Mario Mellini, the palazzo was protected by the Roman municipality and UNESCO-listed.
INTERCONTINENTAL ROME AMBASCATIORI PALACE – OPENING LATE SPRING 2022
InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is set to open in late spring 2022 on the iconic Via Veneto in the Ludovisi area of the city close to the Villa Borghese. The existing property will be restored to create a sense of discreet, modern luxury for visitors and locals alike with 160 rooms and suites, a panoramic rooftop, restaurant, bar, and a spa. Designed in the early 1900s by architect Carlo Busiri Vici in the neo-renaissance style, the palazzo building was originally home to ambassadors staying in Rome. It later became the US Embassy’s library before opening as a hotel in 1993.
