ELEGANT DESIGNS IN THE BOUTIQUE COLLECTION
Heritage Hotel FERMAI - MGallery is located in a one-hundred-year-old building, a rare example of Art Nouveau in the city. Completed in 1914, it is a masterpiece designed by Croatian architect Petar Senjanović, who brought Viennese Art Nouveau to Split. The combination of sophisticated and urban feel with cherished and warm interior arrangement creates an intimate space where aesthetics and tranquillity balance with the bustling atmosphere of the Mediterranean culture.
The historical building has been reconstructed and renovated with the utmost attention to detail and local heritage, with many original elements preserved. The stone staircase with an iron railing and a wooden handrail, the Majolica floor and wall geometric-pattern tiles, and simple, symmetrical joinery are among many examples.
Thanks to the perfect combination of classic elegance and luxury with high hospitality standards Heritage Hotel FERMAI - MGallery perfectly fits into the boutique and intimate nature of the global collection. Its location, accompanied with warm, relaxing and cosy atmosphere, makes it an ideal place for everyone looking for a moment of rest in an elegant setting. The historic building, urban surroundings and seaside scenery make it a gorgeous hotel also for all lovers of design and architecture. Each MGallery hotel invites guests to its world of fascinating and unique stories that stay. We are sure that the Mediterranean experiences will stay forever too – says Davina Ljubičić Đirlić General Manager of Heritage Hotel FERMAI - MGallery.
