Accor Introduces the First Swissôtel in Kazakhstan with the Opening of Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty

Located in the forest area in Almaty, Kazakhstan - Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty invites guests for a wellness stay in a natural holistic environment. The hotel's key feature is an innovative medical and fitness centre including a family SPA and an aqua park with mineral thermal water pools.



Guests can choose from 222 rooms and suites in the Deluxe, Executive and Grand Executive categories. Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty opens in accordance to the ALLSAFE health, sanitary and safety standards developed by Accor in collaboration with Bureau Veritas. ALLSAFE includes enhanced protocols for the sanitization and disinfection of rooms, public areas, health monitoring of guests and staff, provision of disinfectants to guests, new regulations for room service and restaurant operations.
