Cosy, refined and modern - the design

Emotion, experience and sustainability. With these three words, Nicolas Thermed defines his vision for the future of interiors in hotels. An interior designer with an unusual background (as a graduate of the Paris School of Fine Arts, he was initially a furniture designer in Montréal), he creates a cosy, modern ambience with bold accents. His design for the four-star Adagio Zurich City Centre can be described as "hygge style" - a feel-good atmosphere originating in Norway and Denmark, with an added Swiss flair. The property offers a great environment to recharge your batteries and relax.

ibis Styles Zurich City Center - Stylish budget hotel in the centre of the action

Located in the same building complex, the ibis Styles features 202 rooms, consisting of standard and family rooms. Each ibis Styes hotel has its own unique design concept and the new ibis Styles Zürich City Center is no exception. It has been given an "optical illusion” theme characterised by geometric style elements and various optical illusions designed by the artist M. C. Escher. The hotel's Yuka restaurant serves charming nibbles and snacks, and guests can wind down with cocktails and drinks in the striking Blue Bar. There are three conference rooms available for business meetings which range from 24 to 42 square metres and can accommodate up to 25 people. There is also a gym available for all guests.

Perfect location

The Combo project is ideally located in the heart of Zurich, only a ten-minute walk to the central station. For example, the popular Grossmünster Church or the Fraumünster with its famous stained glass windows designed by Chagall. If you want to see the city from above, head for the Uetliberg, which towers overlook the city at an altitude of 871 metres and is easily accessible by train from the main station. Soak in the breathtaking view of the city, the lake and the Alps in the background.
