Accor is thrilled to announce it has just completed a sweeping new partnership deal with trusted partner, Guangdong Sunrich Group, to bring three new luxury and premium hotels to the Greater China region. In a show of trust and confidence, Guangdong Sunrich Group has chosen Accor to deliver its unrivalled and exceptional hotel management to three new projects. Together, Accor and Sunrich Group will provide the burgeoning luxury market in Shenyang with a brand new Sofitel, and guests looking for a premium hotel will experience the first Pullman in the city. In the same deal, Accor and Sunrich Group will also open a Pullman Hotel in the city of Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.

Sofitel Shenyang Hotel will welcome guests with its signature charm and sophistication of French living to a core strategic zone of the Northeast economic circle. The celebrated Sofitel brand will bring glamor and sophistication as well as create a new landmark for the Shenfu New District, Shengfeng Technology Town, an area celebrated as a high-tech, artificial intelligence and science and technology innovation center. The location is strategically located, just under an hour from key city transport hubs. The luxurious new Sofitel Hotel, with 200 rooms and suites, will be infused with French DNA amid its dynamic restaurants and bespoke bars, signature Sofitel Club Millesime lounge and state of the art wellness facilities. Its understated modern meeting and event facilities will make it the sought-after address for MICE and social events in Shenyang.
The Pullman Shenyang Hotel will balance Sofitel’s luxury offering with its premium experience in a high-rise location in the heart of Tiexi District, known for its large foreign investment projects including the biggest BMW production base and Sino-German Industrial Park. Creating a hospitality benchmark, the Pullman Shenyang Hotel will deliver an upbeat ambiance and the contemporary design and signature concept of Pullman brand will coalesce perfectly with Shenyang’s urban core. The 19-floor Pullman hotel will feature 268 rooms and suites as well as the ability for guests to balance work and play at the hotel’s specialty restaurants and bars, fitness center, pool and spa. The Pullman Shenyang will be particularly well-suited for events with large banquet and function rooms.
The third new project Accor and Sunrich Group will launch is the Pullman Kunshan Hotel, bringing Accor’s fastest growing premium brand in China to the city which has become the nexus of Suzhou and Shanghai. Ranked first among all county-level cities in China, Kunshan not only enjoys a fast-growing economy, it is a vibrant leisure destination for guests from throughout the Yangtze River Delta who flock to Yangcheng Lake to enjoy the outdoors and the famed hairy crab. Introducing the first international premium brand hotel to the Kunshan Financial Street in eastern Kunshan’s Economy Development Zone, the hotel will delight its guests with the Pullman signature stylish and contemporary experience, becoming part of a newly developed landmark commercial, shopping and entertainment complex.
